here is the Hur report on the investigation of Joe Biden's mishandling of classified documents.
The conclusion Hur reached: Joe is an ‘elderly man with poor memory’. Hur noted that a jury would not likely convict Joe given the fact.
Biden's response to a reporter was that he is mentally fit. He argued till he was blue in the face with reporters. He trapped himself.
If his cognitive abilities are that poor he shouldn't be in the office of President. Anotherwords, he's not up to the job or he should go before a jury for an alleged crime. It can't be both.
Here's my opinion for what it's worth.
He should be held accountable because at the time of the document removal he was of fairly sound mind.Joey has never been the sharpest tool in the box but he's also corrupt.
There's no sense impeaching Joe. His term is wrapping up and i doubt he'll get re-elected if they even let him accept the nomination.
There's also no sense in hoping he'll get indicted. His health is rapidly declining, his memory isn't that great and he probably wouldn't serve a full sentence.
In fact if convicted and sentenced he would likely die in prison or possibly before he got there. He might not remember what he did years ago or be with the program enough now to know what he was being be indicted for.
We can give it up.All they have to do is the right thing for the country. Have him tested and removed.
I'd be happy just to see him depart the oval office; however i do think in his condition it should be sooner rather than later. They honestly need to use the 25th amendment and have him removed.
Not as a punishment or revenge. For the safety and security of our country. He's in no condition to make criticial or serious decisions.
Think about it.
A poor decision, an incoherent comment and we could be plunged into WWIII. We could be attacked ie a cyber attack and Joe wouldn't have the foggiest idea how to respond.
Mayorkas is another matter. He should be impeached. He's directly responsible for the border. It's his job. He lied before Congress on top of everything else.
The border is not secure-as he claims-and we're being invaded. Biden may not be in full control of his faculties
but Mayorkas is. He has no excuse.
That's a wrap. We have 4 days left to get everything packed and ready to move. We're not close.
I'll be back on the flip side. It's been very stressful. We have very little help. They're trying but one person is not enough. I feel overwhelmed here.
Will be glad when we're there. I love this little burough. We've been here at least 15 yr. Not thrilled with having to move to the city.
There is no choice. The only thing that would save us is my winning the lottery and i don't see that happening.
