there are people with more knowledge of law and the Constitution who will have their say about the legal aspects of the Presidential Records Act.
They're [they being the press] going to compare Trump removing documents with Biden doing the same thing. They can have at it. I'm looking at it from a different angle.
We heard the news report and Biden's response to it.
The report shows us that Biden has memory issues. He couldn't answer a number of questions; facts that are key in the investigation.
We have to assume 1 of 2 things; either Biden honestly couldn't remember the information or he
was lying. If his memory failed him during the investigation- that gets him of the hook. However, that means he's cognitively impaired and should either step down [resign]or be removed with the 25th amendment.
Keep in mind he had his mental faculties when he committed the acts. Then he was NOT pressident. Now he is President meaning he has IMMUNITY. You cannot indict a sitting President. This DOJ wouldn't do it but they can't do it anyway.
If he was lying then he's covering up. Yet, he got up in front of the press and argued that he did recall the information, Both can't be true. He can either recall the information or he can't. If he can recall he's responsible. If he can't recall he's not fit to be President.
So this is how the narrative is going to go: the report concluded he couldn't be held responsible. He's a feeble old man with memory loss.
When he is questioned by the press about his memory he will say there's nothing wrong with his memory.
The Biden regime is also trying to explain how the document case with Biden is different than the one with Trump. One's a crime, the other isn't.
The truth is Biden committed the crimes 18 yr ago. 1. he wasn't President and didn't have the authority to remove or declassfiy the documents. When they were removed they were still classified.2. he shared the information in the documents. That's definitely a crime. 3. However, now he is President and a President has immunity.
I'm going to post Mark Levin's audio podast from the 8th where he does a breakdown of the legal/constitutional issues surrounding the actions of Biden and Trump. He knows his stuff.
I only wanted to touch on the part i clearly saw where Biden is having problems explaining away his mental decline. He's trapped.
If he really had a memory lapse during the interview it proves he's in decline.Or he was using the old 'i don't remember' to cover his tracks.
He has the media to cover for him either way. Chances are nothing will come of it. It sure looks like a double standard no matter how much they spin.
It's also true that he's constantly having memory lapses and confusion in public. He's going to have to campaign from the basement again.
When he was candidate Biden the first time his campaign could keep him out of the public eye and put a lid on the campaign. When you're President it's a whole different story.
You can't always hide out. The presidency demands a public appearance more than you're able to control. We're watching Biden's mental decline in real time.
The media can pretend he's ok all they want. People can see it. Some want to admit it. Some don't. Some have convinced themselves it's not happening.
Mark Levin's excellent analysis of the legal/Constitutional aspects of the Biden and Trump documents cases. Mr Levin knows way more than i do-he knows way more than most people.
He's made it his whole life. You won't hear better but leave a comment about what you think of Mark's analysis.
