Civil War In The U.S. ? My Take (since the question crops up from time to time]

Have you seen this question asked recently? The 2024 election is only months away. People are wondering what scenario we could face depending on who wins.

Could the U.S. have another Civil War? Anything's possible. The question is, but is it likely? We should lay out some facts first:

1. MAGA-despite what Joe says-is a non violent movement trying to acheive it's goals through the ballot box. It uses peaceful protests,rallies and demonstrations to show it's support for Pres. Trump.Count up all the rallies Trump had himself, the size of the crowds and the lack of any incidents out of all those rallies.

2. Antifa is a supposedly an anti fascist movement.It uses violence as a tactic. Intimidation is part of their mo.It looks more like an anarchist movement than an anti fascist one.

3. J6 was not an insurrection-no matter how many times it's repeated. Antifa and BLM both had the stated goal of getting Trump out of office. They said it publicly. They were part of what the left was calling the Resistance. Hillary Clinton identified with the Resistance. She said so herself publicly. These movements had 1 goal in common; get Trump out of the White House. They called for defunding the police while they vandalized federal buildings and property. Not a good look. They tore down historical monuments. They burned down [or attempted to] buildings either federal or civilian including police departments. They put people's lives at risk. Some people were murdered.

4. They attempted to storm the White House and attacked the Secret Service. Trump and his family were moved to the bunker. All of this was serious business and more like an actual insurrection than the riot that took place at the Capitol building on January 6.

5. The Russia Collusion Lie was the start of a soft coup attempt.Our agencies have been compromised. Whether or not these people wanted Trump to get elected should never have mattered. It's up to the American people.
   

Contrary to Joe's whacked narrative about us-MAGA-we are not going to commit acts of terrorism. Hard pass Joe. Not our m.o.

Could i say with 100% certainty that out of the millions of Trump supporters that none would ever do anything crazy? No, but i can say with 100% certainty that we have no such manifesto or plan. The election is in 5 months. There's the plan.

We believe that the United States is the greatest country on planet earth and we're thankful to have the privilege of calling the U.S. our home. I have never heard them chanting USA USA USA at a Biden rally. i can't imagine a Trump rally where it didn't happen.

We're as different as night and day but a civil war? I don't think it's imminent at least. We do have to keep our eyes open. Joe has made it clear we're fair game and it's open season on MAGA.Then again, he's not too tightly wrapped.
