Go Where The Facts Lead You. It's January 6

Updated: Dec 9, 2023

I caught a tweet about J6 in my twitter feed.

The tweet reads [that] the person saw a video where the police- according to the tweet-claim they were set up.

FOUND IT

It's followed by this reply:

I think it's worse than that. There's a number of Americans who won't dispute anything. They'll simply choose not to see anything that could ruin their narrative and don't care.

It's one thing to dispute what you see and another to willingly remain ignorant.

We couldn't help but see the worst of the Capitol incident on J6. The media ran those videos over and over incessantly. The Democrats even called up a committee to investigate J6.

The Justice Dept arrested a number of people and had them imprisoned while the FBI was out searching for anyone wanted in relation to J6.

The committee would have been fine but it was tainted from the beginning. The Speaker of the House was supposed to pick out 2 Republicans to sit on the committee.

Speaker McCarthy did. It was Jim Jordan and Jim Banks. Nancy Pelosi rejected his choice, which she had no right to do and put on 2 Never Trumpers; Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger.

I have to back up a bit before we go much further.

I was aware of the Trump rally that was going to be held that day. RSBN was going to cover it. i haven't missed a live stream of Trump's rallies to date.

i will say this about the J6 rally i watched through rsbn's live stream.

There were people in various chat rooms (ie you tube)warning people NOT to go the rally in DC.They weren't talking about anything specific; just don't go because something was up.

I posted a warning in my blog based on that but i also said it could be a Democrat plan to discourage Trump supporters from going or something really was up. My advice; go if you like just be cautious.

i couldn't tell people NOT to go.All i did say in the post was you might reconsider going but that was up to each person.

When you don't have anything specific to go on it's a little difficult to know how crazy you want to go with a warning. They weren't saying anything about violence so i assumed it was fairly safe.

As the rally was coming to an end 2 things Trump said stood out the most; he hoped VP Mike Pence would do the right thing and for the people to be peaceful and patriotic. The video is still at rsbn for anyone who want to hear it for themselves.

There were a lot of ppl at the Capitol Building. i do recall it being kind of a miserable day. The weather wasn't the best and the chances of Pence doing the right thing were slim to none in my opinion.

i hoped but the saying goes; if wishes were horses, beggars would ride. The right thing was understood very clearly; Trump did not intend to overturn any election.

He just wanted Pence to temporarily stop the certification in the states where the results were questionable until there was an audit. The results were late enough. The Democrats didn't seem to mind the results being held up when Biden was getting the votes he needed.

If Pence had done the right thing it would have only been a delay and likely gone to the Supreme Court to be settled. Trump was not trying to overthrow an election. He would leave the office when the time came.

He was only trying to make sure the election was legit and the hanky panky didn't throw the outcome.

We understood him. Well, Pence obviously went with the status quo and certified the electoral votes. Trump accepted the outcome he had to deal with; but he did not concede and he questioned the results.

Neither is a crime. In fact, Hillary told Biden not to concede the election under any circumstances if he lost. The Democrats were always questioning the results of elections they lost. Nothing new.

i had no idea that day people were going to be arrested. It looked to me like it could break out into a riot . I was upset that day over Pence's decision and imagine the people at the Capitol weren't too happy either.

The one question that really stands out for me re J6 is the question Sen Cruz asks the assistant FBI directior to answer;who is Ray Epps? He was at the Capitol on J6.

There's one other strange unanswered question; whatever came of the fake bomber? There's footage from a video cam. Why is it the media never brings him up or the FBI mention him/her at all? Kind of important wouldn't you think?

The only footage i saw from j6 was the video rsbn uploaded and the video that was later released to the media.

My take from the beginning was go where the facts lead. The problem was the media and the J6 committee only showing clips of what they wanted the public to see; very supicious.

i knew the narrative that Trump incited anything at the Capitol was a lie because i heard him with my own 2 ears that day.I'm sure people were upset and may have rioted out of frustration.

i wasn't there-i can only go by what i witnessed on rsbn. It came back to me though-this is what the warnings must have been about.

You have to wonder if the warnings that had been popping up were from people who actually knew something was going to go down from the feds or from people who read the tea leaves so to speak and entertained the possibility.

I know this, there was no insurrection planned or set off spontaneously that day. It was clear there was going to be a rally of Trump supporters as a show of support for Trump to the lawmakers in general and Pence in particular.

i thought it might have some influence. i also knew his supporters never resorted to violence. There were a lot of rallies over the course of that year and not once did they get out of hand.

The truth is that even if Trump hadn't questioned the election results i was questioning the election results myself. i sat up that night waiting for the call to be made. President Trump didn't influence me to question anything. i came to my own conclusions just by the way things went down.

Do you remember the media warning Trump not to go to the cameras and make any annnouncements? WTH right? Then maybe less than an hour later Biden did exactly that-he didn't say he won but he insinuated something to that affect.

When the media quit reporting altogether it seemed strange. i'm 71 yr old and never witnessed an election like this one, not even the challenge with the Bush-Gore election.

They quit counting votes while Trump was ahead. Supposedly Georgia had a main line water break at one of the poll stations and the crew was sent home. It turned out there was no line break or water flooding the facility.

Talk about strange. This was reported on main stream media and they're no friend to Trump;although the story was cleared up after the fact. Kind of late at that point.

What are the chances the count was closed down only in the battleground [swing] states?

Everyone knows what this graph illustrates.

We all know how determined the left is to stop Trump. We've known since 2016 with Spygate and the Russia lie.

We know what the left is doing NOW with the FBI and Justice Dept. It begs the question; would the Democrats stoop low enough to have a plan for major fraud in the 2020 election?

Biden didn't campaign in 2020. More often than not his staff put a lid on any events he might be having on any given day. He simply wasn't out there. We would kid he was hiding in his basement. It was that bad.

President Trump-the incumbent no less-would sometimes do 2 and 3 rallies per day. His base was solid for him. He got more votes in 2020 than he did in 2016.

When the vote counting stopped that night Trump was ahead considerably. I remember going to bed with some anxiety over the count in spite of the lead. i had a weird feeling something wasn't quite right about the whole thing.

i had never seen an election night like this one in all of my years of voting or ever been so anxious about it. I shouldn't have been-he was winning. It wasn't the only reason i felt uneasy about the election results but it had much to do with it.

I think the reason it didn't seem right is the count stopped in the battleground states when Trump had a sizeable lead. For instance, the Georgia vote count was especially peculiar. The water line break that never happened was really troubling.

They sent all the staff home but then you see footage later where people evidently came back into the building or never left and they look like they are counting.

What was your experience of election night 2020 and the election that year in general? Leave your story in the comments. i'd like to read them.

Some of the video footage i saw of J6 in the media was people marching peacefully through the Capitol buidling.

Other footage definitely looked like a full blown riot. If people attacked the police they should be charged and given a prison sentence. The issue so far is that there's no continuity in the footage or the narrative.

What needs to be done is to go where the facts lead us.i can say with certainty that this was no insurrection and not one person was charged with insurrection. Trump didn't incite anything other than a peaceful protest. Just follow the facts.

Your take on J6? Did you watch the rally or attend it-that is, if you 're willing to say. i wouldn't blame you if you didn't.

NOTE: Go back and check out the Gov Whitmer kidnapping case from beginning to end. Any similarities to J6?
