Immunity. Word Dujour. Does He Or Doesn't He?

You probably heard the word immunity at least once today and we're probably all going to hear it a lot in the weeks ahead as the Trump witch hunt rolls on.
What about immunity? Let's talk about it.
A sitting President cannot be indicted. Simple. A sitting President has immunity.
Pres. Trump is NOT claiming he has a new immunity.
He is saying that they can't indict him for what he did or said while he was in office.
Past tense.
This means all Presidents are protected while they are in office and they can't be nailed for what they did or said while they had immunity.
If this changes and they actually convict Trump you may as well throw presidential immunity out the window. It won't mean a darned thing. We end up in a free for all every time a President is elected.
They don't leave office and the protection they had as President vanishes into thin air.
IF he breaks the law now or is alleged to break the law now [key word being NOW] -as in present tense-he could be indicted.
The case they're looking at is not for anything he did now. They're looking to indict him for what he did or said as a sitting President and they can't. It's unconstitutional. Leave it to the Biden regime to try anyway.
This isn't for the protection of Pres. Trump. This is for the protection of the office of President, ANY President including Joey baby.
Otherwise as soon as Biden sticks his little toe out the front door of the White House, when his term is up, he can be nailed. They can do to him what he did to Trump.
HELLO BANANA REPUBLIC.
