i wasn't sure about the calls for impeachment at first. Wishy washy is an appropriate description. Yes, i was. The thinking; the American people can 'impeach,' in a matter of speaking, by sending the individual packing. It's probably the best way to go.
On the other hand you have to ask the question. Did this person do anything that warrants an impeachment? In this case, Biden, i have to say yes.
In fact, Biden is so out of control the only recourse we have is impeachment. We can't seem to stop him any other way. The other issue is the fact that Biden sold out our country to a foreign adversary. He made money-lotts of it-for granting favors from his VP office.
Then he LIED about having anything to do with his son's business dealings for this money.Ok, that warrants impeachment. i did consider the powers Congress would be granted permitting them to do serious inquiry ie subpoena. Those powers are a darned good reason to impeach him.
This is when i decided that we should support it. There's no other way to expose Joe's corruption and stop the damage he's doing to our country. Once Majority Leader McCarthy brought it up it was time to decide whether i could support it or not. It was out there.
The answer is yes, i support it. I listened to Mark Levin to see what he had to say about it. Levin knows his stuff. He was very convincing.
Look at the Democrats. They did it to Trump 2x.
In fact, Trump was out of office when they decided to do the 2nd one. How do you impeach a President that isn't there? Now they're calling it a distraction or a witch hunt. Is that right? They keep saying there is no evidence. You Democrats keep saying that. Convince yourselves.
Unfortunately we have far too many lighweights in the Republican party. They always help the Democrat party & pat the rest of us on the head.
No people, those days are over. We'll make a point-heck i'll make it my mission-to have Biden impeached. Now let's get this started.
We know the Senate is not going to vote for him to be removed from office. i believe it would be better if they did but short of that at least the corruption will finally be exposed to the American people. Let's not get our expectations up too much about the impeachment; just keep in mind what it can and cannot do. It's going to do plenty.
They should impeach Mayorkas and Garland as well. Mayorkas is ignoring the immigration laws he's supposed to make sure are enforced.
He keeps lying-he says the border is secure. Our eyes work. The Democrats can't possibly believe the guy. Garland has totally corrupted the DOJ. He's targeting all of Biden's opponents; saying i was ordered to is not going to cut it.
The media covers for Joe. There's no other way to show the American people the truth. They didn't get it in 2020 that's for sure.
I'll support them for what they can accomplish with the impeachment. You're not going to get help from the Justice Dept. It's corrupted too.
Here's the kicker. The Democrats were always saying that Trump would never leave the office even if he lost it. They would have to have him dragged out kicking and screaming. He's a fascist.
He headed out to Mar A Lago the day Biden was sworn in. Biden is going to be the one they have to drag out kicking and screaming.
Whatever they accuse the opponent of doing [ie Trump]look closely; they are doing it. FACT.
The Republicans always seem to be worried about how they will look especially the ones who suck up to the media-the ones who think they have to suck up to the media.
You do the right thing and fight back you don't have to worry about how you will look.
As for the media-they're a joke. Who cares what they say, right? The Republicans should worry more about the people they actually work for and less about the enemy that isn't going to say a good thing about them anyway.
The sooner they realize this the better all of us will be and maybe they will learn what it means to govern.
The Democrats always stick together. It's rare when they will vote for a Republican bill. A little too rare. When the Democrats have a bill Collins, Murkowski and McConnell are always ready to capitulate and then there's always other Republicans who will join the club.
This is the uniparty. It does not work in our best interest. Then they wonder why the Republicans can't win. It's simple. The Democrats are using them for votes and they're going to throw them under the bus in the end so they lose what they probably never had on that side anyway. The conservatives are infuriated and they won't support them either. Now they're left blowing in the wind with no support at all. We're left with picking up the pieces of bad legislation. They do not need brownie points from the other side. They do not need to always be playing defense. They're going to have to grow a spine to come to that point.
When it came to Trump i was always more concerned with what the Republicans would do to him. You always knew where the Democrats we're coming from.
Trump had to deal with a lot of backstabbers, weak kneed Republicans, or closet Democrats posing as Republicans.
i'm always amazed he was able to accomplish anything.
Nuff said. i wanted to make it clear i stood on the side of impeachment and put it to rest.
I hope Mayorkas and Garland are next. They're a couple of real gems.
Wouldn't you know the Biden White House sent out their marching orders to the media in a memo, telling them how they would handle the reporting on the [impeachment]inquiry. Isn't that special? So who thought the media and the Democrats weren't joined at the hip?
