Journalism 2023 Dead or Still On Life Support?

You will be hearing a lot of news 'reporting' that there is no evidence to prove Joe Biden had engaged in criminal activity.

It's a key talking point which means they've been handed the script.

If they can't see the evidence maybe they should get off their behinds and do some investigative (real)journalism where you go out and look for what you can't see. It's either there or it isn't but it's not going to magically appear in a cable news studio.

It doesn't seem to matter how many times they got caught in a false narrative they try it repeatedly. They seem to forget that there are altenatives now.

People can use other sources on the internet. Still you have to remain skeptical no matter where you get your news from. i am cautious about stories where they indenity someone as being 'close' to' the subject or lines such as 'sources say.'

What really did it for me was Spygate-or as Woodward would say it was worse than Watergate [he says that about anything related to Trump].

The media colluded with the Dems who colluded with Hillary and the FBI to hide their own corruption and to falsely accuse Donald Trump of basically being a Russian agent. They lied for 3 yrs at least.

How could anyone trust the media after that one? There may have been a brief retraction of the story, but the damage was already done.

The crazy interview on Meet the Press with Donald Trump is what prompted me to bring up. It's not like it was the first time the media told a whopper but it was certainly a primo example of it all in one interview. The left on twitter/x went crazy.She called him President. Can you imagine?
