Does Judge Chunkin understand why Trump is still free? He left DC in 2021 after the 2020 election. The Capitol melee took place on Jan 6,2021.
Biden was sworn in on Jan 20,2021. Trump was already heading for Mar A Lago. We all know he didn't stay for Joe's inauguration.
The first indictment of Pres Trump didn't take place until 2023. If Chunkin would do the math that's at least 2 yr after Trump left office.
Why wouldn't he be walking around free? Who told anyone to wait until he was running for President-an election year-to indict him? If it was that serious why did they wait so long to indict?
Let me explain to Chunkin.I will posit why i think Biden waited so long. He [Biden] wanted to wait and see if Trump was planning to run for office & had his formal announcement out of the way.
Strange how the trial dates match important election dates too. How about that one right before Super Tues. Mere coincidence i'm sure.
If she wants to blame anyone she should blame Biden. He's the one that wanted to wait and see if Trump would run or not. Now he has his Justice Department orchestrating all these indictments between each other.
They're all colluding-she should know that much. She's a participant.
I like how they're calling Trump's actions during the 2020 election a coup. He wanted the election results challenged. Is that anything new?
Al Gore challenged the results of the Bush-Gore election and that was after he first conceded by phone. The media reported the concession by phone call; then Gore's lawyers jumped in.
The real coup was the Russia collusion LIE that the FBI, CIA, Hillary Clinton and the DNC used to try & defeat Trump in the 2016 election or get him out of office in case he was actually elected.
They had Antifa/BLM raising hell hoping that would get Trump to resign. They impeached him and it failed. Pelosi et al considered invoking the 25th amendment to get him out. They dropped that idea.
After he had left office they tried a 2nd impeachment-that was asinine. You don't impeach a President who is not in office.
I'm sure if they throw enough indictments at him now at least one of a zillion charges will stick especially when ALL the jurors are anti Trump and their goal is to 'get Trump.
How about your comments Judge Chunkin, prior to the indictment, with your foregone conclusion that Trump is guilty and that YOU will get him?
1. you are obviously biased. You made that clear yourself. It doesn't look like you were trying to hide it 2. you're basically saying the man is guilty and must prove his innocence.
i'm afraid that a lot of Democrats think that way and believe it is how the justice system works in our country-they have no idea it's the exact opposite.
Everyone is considered innocent and the court must prove guilt. I know there are times we believe someone is guilty as sin after a trial but that's exactly how it's supposed to work.
Ok, I'll give people that some guilty people may walk but it keeps the innocent from being wrongly punished*. IF it were us we would certainly appreciate our system. Go to another country and get in trouble.See how that works out for you.
You're a judge. You understood this when you were commenting on Trump, right?
Here's a thought that might shock you: i believed that the 2020 election was rigged/stolen and Pres Trump did not convince me of this.
i concluded the night of the election that something wasn't quite right. A lot of people reached the same conclusion.I'll be honest & say i was actually expecting the election to go haywire beforehand.
There was a lot of illegal hanky panky going on, notably in my own state of Pennsylvania. People outside the legislature were illegally changing the voting laws. What does the Constitution say about the voting laws?
The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators.
They used Covid as an excuse for the shenanigans. Time magazine called it the Shadow Campaign but justified it by stating it saved the election.
If you see stopping Pres Trump from winning re-election as saving an election you could justify anything you do.
What they did in reality was throw the country into turmoil and left many of us to question the legitimacy of the election. Millions of Americans became suspicous of the legitimacy of future elections.
Glenn Beck-as crazy as some ppl think he is-saw what was coming long before the election. Before i post a link to the Time magazine article view the Beck videos. When you're done you tell me how close he came to the outcome in the article. What we saw with our own 2 eyes.
They had their plan in the event that Trump pulled off a win in spite of their best efforts to get Joe in. They got Joe in so we never found out how far they would go and none of these armed militias they were so worried about ever showed up anyway. Antifa only turned out for Trump's inauguration. They got what they wanted in 2020-no need to show up for Joe's. They weren't trying to keep him out. [Now you know who backed Antifa and BLM; very revealing isn't it]?
What did Hillary Clinton tell Joe Biden before the election?
not to worry Hillary.they pulled it off [so] the "ANY" didn't happen. Was there a back up plan? Another insurance policy of some kind?
Aug. 8, 2016
Page: “[Trump’s] not ever going to become president, right? Right?!” Strzok: “No. No he’s not. We’ll stop it.”
Aug. 15, 2016
Strzok: “I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy’s office — that there’s no way he gets elected — but I’m afraid we can’t take that risk. It’s like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you’re 40.”
Of course she's free to say that and Joe was free to follow her directive. It's not against the law to refuse to concede an election. Al Gore took it a step further; he had already conceded by phone then his lawyers advised him to contest the results.Unusual but it happened.
In fact, the Supreme Court stepped into that one.
Stacy Abrams never conceded to Kemp. She claims to this day she won. It's her preogative.
I digress but those are examples from other elections. Hillary's directive was protected free speech. If Joe had refused to concede there's no law against it. She says under ANY circumstances.
Isn't that what Trump did? Isn't that being considered as inciting an insurrection?
Do I believe it was a coup? I believe the coup began in 2016 with the Russia Collusion Scandal.
Be honest; the left has been trying to destroy Donald Trump since he came down the escalator in Trump Tower. They were always trying to get him to run until he did. He beat Hillary Clinton.
The Democrats never got over it. He beat Jeb Bush. The GOP (aka Bush-Rove faction)establishment never got over it.It was supposed to be a Clinton-Bush rematch.
The respective candidates lost their coronation. The dynasties ended.
Before we go on Judge Chunkin i have a few things to say about a couple other elections.
I'll keep it short. The first was Bill Clinton. i did not vote for him. I voted for George Bush Sr. He got us through Desert Storm and drove Saddam out of Kuwait.
He gave our military the respect they deserved. We celebrated their victory and gave them the heroes welcome they never got after Vietnam. The economy wasn't too bad.
He was no Ronald Reagan but nobody expected he would be. Clinton beat him. i wasn't happy with the result but he deserved the same chance we give all our Presidents. He wasn't half bad actually.
There are plenty of negative things i could say about him but the point i'm trying to make here is that we accepted the results of that election and that he wasn't' the worst President we ever had.
The next Democrat President was Obama. i didn't vote for him either. In fact, i thought he'd be a horrible mistake for our country. No, not because he was black.
I suspected he was a Marxist and i was not crazy about his association with Wiliam Ayers either. When he said he was going to bring about the 'fundamental transformation" of America that was the last straw.
So who did the Republicans put up against him? John McCain. We didn't have a prayer. Then he ran a horrible campaign and it didn't help. I plugged my nose and voted for him knowing he was going to lose. I had voted for Huckabee in our primary.
Obama goes up for re-election and i knew he was going to be tough to beat this time too.
An incumbent President always has an advantage anyway. So who do the Republicans put up to oppose him? "Mittens" Romney and Paul Ryan. i voted for Herman Cain in our primary and was behind him 100%.
i even did phone calls for his campaign. He dropped out just as he was poised to [likely] win. i was in tears-and even worse was having to suffer through the Romney and Ryan campaign. i plugged my nose again &voted Romney/Ryan knowing they were likely to lose anyway.
They did.
i accepted the election of Obama 2x in spite of how i felt about him. I never questioned either the Clinton or Obama legitimacy.
There were no riots, protests or demonstrations. Nobody screamed at the sky that i'm aware of and i know with certainty nobody torched anything in DC the day they were inaugurated.
The day Trump was sworn in 2016.
Black-clad activists among hundreds of demonstrators protesting Donald Trump’s swearing-in on Friday clashed with police a few blocks from the White House, in an outburst of violence rare for an inauguration.
That was Antifa.
Reuters goes on in detail about the chaos.
In the violence, knots of activists in black clothes and masks threw rocks and bottles at officers wearing riot gear, who responded with volleys of tear gas and stun grenades as a helicopter hovered low overhead.
At one flash point, a protester hurled an object through the passenger window of a police van, which sped away in reverse as demonstrators cheered. Earlier, activists used chunks of pavement and baseball bats to shatter the windows of a Bank of America branch and a McDonald’s outlet, all symbols of American capitalism.
Multiple vehicles were set on fire, including a black limousine. A knot of people dragged garbage cans into a street a few blocks from the White House and set them ablaze, later throwing a red cap bearing Trump’s “Make America Great Again” campaign slogan into the flames. (see images below. representative of the many.there's plenty more out there)
Trump's Inauguration
St. John's historic church in DC
MAGA hat in flames
I've mentioned it in other posts, including pictures, about 2020 when Antifa torched St. John's historical church in DC. They tried to storm the White House. They injured Secret Service agents. Trump and his family were moved to the bunker for their own safety.
It's why Trump did that walk to St. John's the left ranted about for days. He wanted to show those people they didnt succeed. He held the Bible in his hand. So what? He's allowed.
Antifa Calls For Ovethrow of Government at DC Rally
...signs and chants gave insight into Antifa’s real goals - to remove what they call “racist” President Trump and Vice President Pence from office, overthrow the U.S. government, and get rid of all borders and, in fact, the country.
Activists could be heard chanting, "No borders, no wall, no USA at all."
Signs included slogans saying, “Trump, Pence must go” and “This system cannot be reformed, it must be overthrown.”
Antifa had made it known they wanted Trump out from day 1 and if it took an insurrection to do it they would. They didn't seem to be too worried about repercussions. Antifa is not a non violent group. Ever see their manifesto? it wouldn't hurt but you don't really have to given their actions in public. They wear face coverings for a reason and it's not covid.
Judge Chunkin that is a REAL insurrection & the Democrats and media gave it their blessing. The Harris campaign funded their bail.Antifa was very clear and publicy stated they wanted Trump out of office. Futher, if it meant they had to overthrow the government to get him out they would.
It's not what the people at the J6 rally were hoping to acheive at all and Trump had told them to march peacefully to the Capitol. There was no plot to overthrow the government; not among the groups themselves or with the President. Trump offered troops to Pelosi. She declined.Yes, the people were hoping that Pence would act within the boundaries of the Constitution. They thought there was recourse and it could be done peacefully. Nobody was even talking about overthrowing the government and everyone was unarmed.
Note to FBI: i was not at the Capitol. I was not in DC-i've never been there in my entire life. Not so much as a field trip. Neither our school or parents had the funds. i didn't know a soul that went there that day and i was not in communication with anyone in DC. PERIOD. i watched the news that day just like anyone else. i watched the rally on rsbn.tv. i'm sure you did too.
I can't believe you won't have the integrity to recuse youself. I know what accepting someone you didn't vote for feels like.I've done it enough times (been around awhile).I saw some of the most horrific days in American history. The assassinations of Kennedy, King and Malcom X. We were Kennedy Democrats at the time. My parents were life long Democrats. 'i eventually became more conservative. A story for another day though. I hope you understand what i'm getting at here. I'm just a citizen though and you are a judge with a case involving a candidate you made clear you are out to get.
I can tell you to this day i can't stand Obama or Biden but i would expect them to get a unbiased judge and impartial jury if they were ever tried for a crime, not people who were out to 'get them'.
The Time Magazine Article Re 2020 https://time.com/5936036/secret-2020-election-campaign/
They call it 'saved' the election. They STOLE the election then they had the nerve to try and pass the Election Inegrity Bill .
Have you read this bill? We're going to take it up in another entry soon enough. Stay tuned.
*There are cases where the innocent have been found guility as much as there are cases where the guilty are found innocent. Thankfully, it's rare but it happens. You have to give most jurors a lot of credit. They usually do their best. You have to give our system a lot of credit too. In other countries you're guilty until proven innocent. We're one of the few who protect our citizens. Personally, i would rather see one guilty go free than one innocent be deprived of his/her liberty or life.
Beria was the chief of the Soviet security and secret police apparatus under Joseph Stalin.
sound like 'get Trump'? It'd be a shame if you didn't recognize your own m.o. in that statement.
Don't pull yourself that low either. Try to be intellectually honest instead of wrapped up emotionally for no justifiable reason. Your first obligation as a judge is to be impartial. Sorry, you're not. You can still do the right thing and recuse yourself.
