We're getting closer to election day 2024. Ok, it's not until November and the snow will be flying by then. We're closer than we were 3 yr ago. It can't come soon enough.
Eventually we'll be at the Convention putting our nominee out there. i don't doubt by then Trump will have his VP picked out or maybe he's waiting until the Convention to make his announcement.
I don't pretend to know; just putting in my own .02 worth.

Our Republican party has its share of backstabbers.
I think the world of Mark Levin. He is the Denali but I don't always agree with him. We part company on Ukraine. We also part company on Ron DeSantis.
They're friends and there was a time when Levin was a Never Trumper. i can overlook his previous history as a Never Trumper;i think he came around slowly.
Levin will always support the nominee if it's a choice between a Dem and Republican. I was done with DeSantis as soon as he revealed himself. Backstabbers don't change though.
It's ingrained in their character. That's Ron. That's Nikki Haley. They were people who put on they were MAGA.
People thought DeSantis would never get in the race and would make a great VP choice for Trump.
I knew DeSantis would run the day Trump left office. In the back of his mind he was hoping the left would take Trump out one way or the other,prison included.
The Never Trumpers in the Bushie clan were right there for Ron. Nikki Haley jumped in as soon as she thought Trump might go down.
I'm not going to rehash the story about these 2
ere's plenty of blog entries here,especially about Ron, that paint the whole picture. I will say this and get right to the point.
There's a question mark over my head and it's asking if the Never Trumpers in the GOP wouldn't try to set up a brokered convention.
They would have to be crazy. We, MAGA, are voting Trump. There isn't a candidate in the world that could win without us.
We're 74 million strong & united.Let the Dems eat their own.
What the Dems and Never Trumpers would love more than anything-besides Trump going to Rikers prison-is a significant squabble in the MAGA family.
They only have to get a little one going then leave people to their own devices.
What the Biden regime would love more than anything-besides Trump going to Riker's prison-is to ignite a violent response from MAGA.
Different tactics,same result.
I know we're non violent and law abiding citizens. i'm not worried about a violent response.We're onto em.
The Dems are pretty crafty when it comes to political dirty tricks while the Republican party has a knack for causing problems we don't need.
The Dems & Never Trumpers would be glad to exploit even a hint of a split. We can ignore them all and stay focused.
We're too close to a historic win to let these knuckleheads screw it up. There's too much at stake this time.
I wouldn't put it past the Haley or DeSantis people thinking about a brokered convention. In fact i bet the Never Trumpers are incognito working on a plot right now.
They would go with any candidate willing to try it.
The Dems have a problem that's going to surface around the time of their own convention.They want Biden out.
The bigger problem they are going to have is the one they claimed Trump would cause. Biden is not going to co-operate and willingly step down.
They offer him a figure he likes he might.Hard to tell if he likes the power or money better. i suspect money given the bribes he has taken over the years but we know he wants both. I'm sure we'll find out.
I'd laugh if they got stuck with him. He's not the sharpest tool in the box but he's also a pretty nasty guy. It may depend on "Dr" Jill.
As for the Republicans; we learned who the backstabbers were.
We learned who the spineless were. The past years, as horrible as its been under Biden and the uniparty, has revealed much that we may have never known, wouldn't you say?
