it is not a crime to ask the attendants of a rally to march and protest PEACEFULLY at the designated area of the Capitol Building.
it is never a crime to question an election even after the Pres elect is sworn in. If it were Hillary would have been charged years ago. Al Gore had an election taken to the Supreme Court.
it is not a crime to request a loan from o bank and have them send THEIR appraiser to determine its value. A bank does not go by what they're told. They check it out themselves. If they had an issue or Trump committed a crime they'd be the first to look into it and go after him. Have to use your head here whether you hate Trump or not.
it is not a crime to have the bank approve the loan and then pay it back in full. If the bank did not have a problem with the transaction then how can a prosecutor claim there's a legal problem? The bank didn't take Trump to court.
If Trump misjudged the homes value but bought it at the value the bank gave it-then it's just as likely the prosecutor didn't get it right either.
You can only go by what the bank had it appraised at,then research what it could be worth today; it's only a matter of looking at the properties in the same area & making a comparison.Not complicated.
None of this is a crime though.
So you charge someone but not for anything that's a crime.
What abouit the classified documents case.What about it?
The President-which Trump was-has the right to declassify any documets and does not need anyone's permission. They say they are-they are. It's that simple.
The President also has the righ to remove those documents under the Presidential Records Act. Ask Clinton, Obmama and Bush. They ALL did it.
Now Biden did it-took classified documents but there's a problem. He wasn't President; he couldn't declassify them and he didn't have the righ to take them either under the Presidential Records Act. One more time-he wasn't President.
So how does Trump get nailed for it when he had the right and Biden gets a pass?
BTW. Any judge who is obviously prejuiced against a defendant like Latitia James and Jack Smith [are] should recuse themselves.
IT IS NOT A CRIME for an attorney to be involved with their client. That's their job. That's what they're paid for.
It's NEVER been a crime but they're charging the Trump attorneys basically for representing him like any attorney does with any client.If thiis is how we are going to do things now may as well not get an attorney. They have to stay away from their client.
The whole thing is nonsense meant to stop Trump from running. Anyone with half a brain cell knows it.
They do things like this in 3d world banana republics.
It's a disgrace ; a sad chapter in our American history.
They're setting a dangerous precedent here that we may never recover from.
Wait till it's a Democrat President. They will change their tune. The Democrats pull this stuff when they're in the majority but when the majority switches hands it ends up biting them in the butt. Be careful what you ask for. They never learn.
